Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Young Leaders Academy is on a mission to support young professionals in their leadership development. Our first program is a leadership training by means of a online serious game, called the Leadership Expedition.

We are setting up a new website, company presentations and all sorts of stuff. For the Leadership Expedition, we have a great pitch presentation (to get corporations on board as launching partners) and a cool trailer. We miss only one thing, a fresh and attractive logo.

So far, we have had various designs by various parties but none of them made us jumping in the air from enthusiasm (and other positive vibes). A big challenge - are you the designer with our fabulous new logo?

One file is a draft version of the sales presentation; the other is a proposal of five new logos. #2 and #4 (resembling the old logo) were most popular on Facebook poll. For current site, check www.young-leaders-academy.com
the third file contains the original concept as proposed by the presentation designer, also including logo designs - but we werent convinced by those.

• The logo needs to show the YLA brand: a young company with an innovative approach to leadership. High quality, but very fresh, web 2.0-ish. So far, we think we want something in it that represents a young leader, full of energy, willing to make a difference.
  Our presentation designer already chose the colours as used in the brand, so preferably the logo suits to those. Presentation and other materials will be uploaded

• We had two other contests for this, and lots of designers seemed to have picked the same image of people in a circle. So- it should not have the same old stuff - we want a fresh logo!
