Looking for a new logo for our young Commercial Real Estate Finance firm...
Open to ideas, but do not want anything cheesy or cartoonish or overly complex. Prefer not to use silhouette nor worn-out/overused/stock real estate symbols. Also prefer to stay away from residential houses or rooftops, etc (since our firm focuses on commercial property - buildings, etc).
Logo should present a professionalism, clean, modern, established, trendy-corporate look and feel, also young, playful, innovative, forward thinking, reliable, honest and welcoming... but not stogy, stuffy nor cutesy.
Open to modern color schemes. Generally prefer more traditional (masculine) colors including rich greens, blues, teal, tan, red and black. The logo will be used for many purposes including print advertising so must be adaptable for B&W as well.
We are a small-size “boutique” Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Brokerage firm that arranges both debt and equity capital for commercial real estate projects, acquisitions and investments. We represent investors, developers & business owners in need of funding for commercial real estate. Also known as a Capital Markets Advisory Firm. Additionally, we offer consultancy services to the commercial & investor real estate industry. We connect real estate people with money people. THANK YOU!

Also, please remember that we are seeking a new logo for our Commercial Real Estate Finance and Advisory firm. So unfortunately, any design that is related to residential real estate (single homes or house rooftops) cannot be used. We love and require an original idea (abstract or realistic) to identify with our name and brand. Best of luck!
