THE IDEA IS TO PROMOTE THIS shopping MALL AS a LUXURY ELEGANT SPACE FOR TENANTS. Spaces are available for retail stores as well as Offices and medical and dental offices

This is a committed project. 
Kindly send in your designs. We are looking for a luxury look to showcase this mall as a high end place

The small design I posted can be changed anyway. Use your imagination to make all the changes. 
The design should be able to be printed on 25.5" X 11 format on uprinting.com.

I also need to include SOME MINOR details  like a small google map and number of parking spaces 262 traffic count.

some description of building like
Italian Florence Dome design with French architecture influence, newly built in 2007.
Imported Limestone walls and flooring and Mediterranean tiles.
Ideally suited for Retail store or office space including medical and dental offices.
A Class "A" building in Class "A" location
