Gloria's Concierge Cleaning, LLC, is a start-up business based in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC. GCC provides cleaning and housekeeping services for homes and offices. We have three core values:

1. We are personal. We value knowing and being known by our customers and each other. If you want nameless, faceless service, you should choose another provider. We put "personal" at the front of the list, because it is most important to us; the design we choose will convey this value.

2. Like a hotel concierge, we are professional in attitude, posture, communication and processes.

3. Like a hotel concierge, we solve problems with a can-do attitude and never make excuses.

Our uniforms are khaki pants with pink polo shirts.

Our logo is attached. There are other symbols, not represented in our logo, that may convey our values well, such as a top hat and bow tie, magnifying glass, desk bell, etc.
