Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like a brand logo and name designed for an online jobsite called ajobis. The jobsite allows candidates to search for jobs and apply for them and also employers to post jobs. The site is designed to try and make the whole process a bit easier and more pleasant experience for everyone involved.
The name of the company is meant to be a job is.....happiness/joyful/hard work/whatever you want it to be. We would like this idea incorporated somehow in the design.
There are no particular colours in mind for the logo and name design but it needs to be professional, eye catching, inviting and adds an element of fun to the site.
We would like to have something within the logo that can change on a regular basis. This could be the colour scheme or characters within the logo. A little bit like google do but not the whole logo changing everytime. We want something that will draw peoples attention to and hopefully encourage them to come back to the site.

small/medium sized businesses and recruitment agencies to post jobs. The jobs will be general so not specific to any one sector. So, its aimed at most people looking for a job.

• A part of the logo that can be altered or changed to make it different all the time which will engage people's imagination and bring them back to the site to see how it changes.
  This would be like google do but not the whole logo we would still like to build around the main logo which would stay the same but have an element of it that changes.
