so I take it the job is to come up with a new design, someone else will adjust the design onto cutterguides and do the artwork for the printing process...??

Yes the project is to come up with a new and improved design. The last designer who won my project did the cutter guides for no extra charge but if you cannot then I can get the printer to so.

Do you just want the design to be laid out flat like the Ai document that you have here? or do you want it on top of the products?

Also, do you prefer the document to be in "Ai" format?

Either format is fine. JPG is good for the preview but for the final design it will be in AI format.

Which file is the old package to be redesigned?

Is the package it same and what is the format of the label if so??

What about logo? is there a high res somewhere? as well as te name of the procucts?
