I'd like to work on and submit a design to you but the specs you've included for the swing tag don't take into consideration items on the die-line such as tuck flaps (for the envelope style swing tag) or glue panels and where grommet holes might be placed to loop and hang the item from. Currently it presents as just a flat card which from what I gather in your brief isn't what you want. These seemingly small details make a large impact on overall design so I can't really submit anything before knowing them. Could you clarify these points or message me if you aren't quite sure about these details.
