Resumen de Diseño de Logo

After working for a Midwest coffee company for more than 10 years, we are striking out on our own. We are a husband and wife team that love the coffee industry and are passionate about working in a way that does not conflict with our personal and professional values.

We will work directly with coffee growers around the world to find the highest quality coffees and build relationships that are "fair" for everyone involved. It is our beliefs that we cannot simply buy coffee and leave. It is important that we support our coffee growing partners by pauing fair prices as well as through social and environmental projects that better the lives of the people we touch. We intend to reserve 1% of our revenues for this work.

We will utilize our vast knowledge and training to roast, brew and sell our coffee according to strict quality standards. We will initially roast inside of our retail cafe. In addition, we will sell our coffees wholesale and online.

The name Barrel Proof comes from the craft bourbon world. After maturing in the barrel, most bourbons are diluted to a lower alcohol content. Some bourbons are kept pure and undiluted...these are called barrel proof. As we strike out on our own, our passion will not be diluted. We will never water down our standards of quality or customer service. Every product we sell will carry our pure, undiluted guarantee.
