The site is an Australian site, listing local news and stories from around Australia. The site is broken down into individual suburbs that allow business user to list there business. This allows business to target a specific audience within their local area. Access to screenshots and other images can be provided upon request.
The aim is to create a professional banner that encourages people to sign up. Currently the service is free for 2 months and then $22/year. Any other questions can be answered.

The current page describes the service but is poorly designed.

The banner on the right "List your business" needs to be redesigned to complement Banner 1 (can just be scaled down) as above and should draw business users to sign up. Dimensions should be 468 X 60 (which I know is bigger then current banner).
