Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a not for profit organization that aims to recognize coaches and teachers that are considered by their peers and colleges to be at a Master level of proficiency. This level of attainment reflects the highest level of passion fun and skill in teaching athletes of all ages and skill levels to be the best they can. We will also be helping people to develop these skills through mentoring projects and will develop rigorous and valid assessment criteria so when we say someone is at a Master level, people and institutions will believe us! The emphasis is on the "Coaching" part which is coaching for sport as opposed to any other meaning of coach (which I cant think of but it is getting late while watching the Olympics). I'm thinking of a bright sporty multicolored logo that's still business like which can be on a white or black background if possible. Thanks for helping out and I hope you have some fun thinking up ideas that will enable us to attract and evaluate the best talent in coaching and teaching that's out there.
