This project is to design a sales presentation for a new service/product for hotels.
The product is called fully booked and is a tablet pc that we propose to install in hotel rooms free of charge to hotels. The system has information about the hotel, room service menus, entertainment such as games, web browser, and other functions.
Marketing material has already been designed and the sell sheet that was recently completed is attached for your use.

PRESENTATION REQUIRMENTS
General requirements – We will select the presentation that is the most visually crisp and stunning, stays within our already established visual themes, and includes multimedia. Interactivity and movement is a big plus if you can incorporate it into the presentation. We will be recording voiceover work on the presentation after it is made so you can plan around that thought.

PRESENTATION FLOW
1. General introduction to the product and what it is (info found on the sell sheet or you can contact me for more details if needed.
2. advantages of the product. Info found on the sell sheet or you can contact me for more details. Each of the main points on the sell sheet need to be a separate slide though so we can speak to it.
3. walkthrough of the product. I would like an animation, screen shots, or something similar to give the view the chance to experience and see the software. The demo at www.fullybookedtablet.com is the best place to go for that.



Recommendation for design:
Can we have the presentation be framed in a tablet window. to clarify, the border around the presentation is a tablet pc and the presentation appears inside of that.


Tools:
please feel free to use any software. does not need to be powerpoint. if you feel comfortable with solutions such as prezi, sliderocket, or any other system you may use that.
