We are looking for an eye catching logo for a brand new music artist called Kyrie London. The style should be reminiscent of Hip Hop/Dance/Pop music. Some great examples of logos that encompass a band's or artist's style are logos for the Rolling Stones, the Doobie Brothers, Madonna,Katy perry, Eminem, and Jamiroquai. Kyrie's logo can be very "blingy", maybe shiny or sparkly, maybe gold or silver. Please visit KyrieLondon.com to get a feel for the artist's landing page. - In consultation with are lawyer, I would like to add the following Addendum to Paragraph 2.1 of the Design Crowd Agreement:
Designer grants Client limited power of attorney to file a copyright registrations in Client's own name, and to execute in Designer's name and file with the Register of Copyrights an assignment of copyright. Further, Designer's services hereunder are deemed to be a "work-for-hire" on behalf of Client. This Addendum is valid and supersedes Paragraph 10.4. of this Agreement.
Any designer we work with must agree to this addendum before accepting payment. Thanks.
