What kinds of insects, other than the usual suspects of Mealworms, Crickets, and Grasshoppers?
Also who is your target customer? Is this for children (at heart) or adults?

We do mealworms, fly pupae, giant water bugs, assassin bugs, crickets, earthworms, snails, bees, beetles, silkworms, scorpions (at the moment) but the range is steadily growing. The most common edible bugs we sell are the crickets, mealworms and scorpions.

We sell most of these products to adults, but I find most them the are (as you said) children at heart! We sell the edible bugs as novelty items but also sell edible bugs for proper entomophagists as well. Eventually we will be looking at selling items some of our most popular items in supermarkets, specialty food stores and will include such things as cricket flour.
