ICG Commerce, a leading global provider of Procurement Outsourcing, is launching a leadership program that is called the Procurement Development Program or PDP.

The goal of the program is to develop “next generation” ICG Commerce talent and support future hiring needs with employees who:

- have exposure and experience and understanding of our core functions of Sourcing & Category Management, Operations and Program Management

- have cross-functional relationships allowing them to quickly and effectively navigate the business to get results in future roles.

This program will support our strategic goal of becoming “The Place to Work” in our industry by having a well regarded, highly desirable development program

The program is 2 years in length. Participants will be developed through job rotations, training and experietial learning opportunities, LEAN Six Sigma Certification, 2 global projects/ travel experiences and by having an Executive Sponsor.

We are looking for a logo for this program that we can use on communications and give-away items for members of the first class and beyond.
