We need banner ads and an eDM header to promote HowToHR.com.au (not currently live but logo and site design complete).

Banners should ideally be in flash with back-up gifs but we would be open to just animated gifs as well.

Banner sizes to be delivered are:
300x250
729x90
468x60
160x600

Best to keep banner file size under 25kb if possible (based on standard publisher specs)

For the eDM header, it should be around:
600 wide x
150-200 high

The advertising role is to promote the websites services which are related to making HR easy for small business owners - specifically relating to recruitment, induction, engagement and employee exit. I'll attach more details on this.

  Must follow the copy guide for the frames as outlined in the attachment - there are 2 options for frame 3 listed. I'd like to get 2 sets of banners developed to cover both options.
  
  Must have clear call-to-action

  I've added two potential images that could be used - either could be used to illustrate the 'Save time and improve results' line -
  one focused on finding the right person
  one is focused on improving results through a team
  
  You could potentially use a screen grab of the site homepage in the design too - but only if eligible since none of the copy on it is finalised.
