Overview: To develop web site with 1 main page and 1 sample inside page. Site already exists, but has been put offline. Content has been fully rewritten. If I like your style, I will pay extra for additional inside pages.
WHO I AM?
www.youcanbehappy.org was originally created to become an online community for people to use my online tools, researches, and findings to learn how to become happier.
Today, my primary services is “health coaching and lifestyle specialist.” I’m a food specialist suggesting customized solutions for my clients to eat better, how to eat, cook, groceries shop, lose weight, reduce craving, and reverse diseases.
My edge is when a suggest food I explain Why such food hurts them (or make them sick –or reason of diseases) or how the food I suggest can heal them, strengthen them, or make them lose weight. My connection to food is medical and directly impacts my client’s health.
I want to be seen as a professional in clinical nutrition and as a guru in overall wellbeing.
I coach my clients’ lifestyle as a WHOLE, introducing them to new food, fitness, and teaching them techniques to better cope with life. I study their overall health, history, and treatments, diseases, allergies as a WHOLE, connecting all medical specialties.
My services:
I sell coaching sessions, for 1 hour, 2/month for a total program of 6 months. During the sessions, I not only coach client on nutrition, but also on career, relationship, fitness, goals, and the reasons why people can’t achieve their dreams, or how to remove stress or re-organize their lives.
Future services: I may want to sell products such as T-shirts and other promotional items
Payment methods: Since I sell, I’ll need paypal and credit card payment on line. I accept checks as well (they can find my address on “contact us”)
More services, near future:
As a Certified personal fitness Trainer, I will soon offer circuit training (outdoors) and boot camps in the neighborhood to get people moving, at very affordable prices. The goal of those events will be to grow my youcanbehappy community and get new clients for Health coaching.
Knowledgeable about controlling the mind, anger, and stress, I will soon offer group meditations and breathing sessions .
Objectives:
The goal of the site are:
• To entice visitors to become my clients. The look of the site needs to reflect my customized services.
• To offer to spend an hour with client for a free health history.
• To post videos about cooking videos, discussing a theme (sugar craving, which Carbs is good for me?)
• After I meet people and give them my business cards, as they visit my site, they needs to feel impressed by the caliber of expertise.
Schedules and Budget:
Target due date is 1 week from submission of my project. During that phase, I’d like to see a wireframe, colors, styles, incorporating my logo, suggesting pictures. I would like designed tabs, access to videos, and photo library.
Motivations for people to become CLIENTS:
I think what would make people want to get my services is if they see me as an expert in holistic weight loss, someone that they can share their life, thrust, and speak at length without being judged. Visuals are crucial to simply explain effect of food on the body (needs videos main page and archive videos on various topics)
Overall, the emotions we can play with - (key words) feeling energized, feeling strong, in control of your life, a holitistic approach to a new healthy lifestyle, Balance mind, fitness, and diet, take responsibility for your own life, feeling lighter, happier, more peaceful.
Key issues of my clients:
Weight issues, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, stress, don’t know and what to cook, suffer from diabetes, celiac, digestive diseases. People are fatigued or can’t sleep. They are addicted to sugar, coffee, fast food, speedy life.
Another issue is finding time to eat better, making exercise a routine, making the time to remove stress and enjoy life.
How do I solve clients’ problems?:
Rather than being treated by various medical specialists, I look over their Overall health since childhood. I try to find triggers of their sicknesses that often originate from their lifestyle (stress, lack of exercise, eating junk, allergies) and I recommend life modification, introduce new food, exercise , and help them shuffle their lives around. My approach is extremely customized and always requires Hours of research on my side to fully guide a client.
Demographics:
Teenagers, singles, families, young mothers. Most of clients come with weight issues, some may come to reduce cravings.
Key Messages:
The main page (please find attached “wireframe”) shall give the visitor a sense he found the guru in holistic health. Whatever medical concern they have or struggle will finally be taken care of. Someone loves them and truly cares. Food knowledge is medical, flavor, and based on client’s own taste and willingness to try. The overall feel needs to be sleek and professional.
Call to Action
Ideally, I want people to e-mail me their filled up health history (can download blank men or women health history form) so I can schedule an appointment with them (the best solution for me)
People can also call me. Since calling me is for general questions about my program, I would prefer the e-mail version whereby clients send me their health history.

Color palette : I’m not sure, but the background could be light gray (clinical health), golden desert, sahara desert, earthy, pottery (well being) warm colors (orange to warm brown) or other suggestion?
Photography: I thought about flash picture. 1 picture as banner with a message on it. About 3 pictures rotate randomly.
Picture A: is “holistic food, green vegetables, natural edible roots, or cruciferous vegetables, a platter of fresh fruits and vegies, or fresh market (spices, roots, fruits and vegies). Picture needs to be crisp clear.
Picture B: Ideally: a lady fitness trainer training group exercise outdoors, in a park, or a group of people exercising outside, people look happy, boot camp training, circuit training as a group
Picture C: a picture representing the soul ,meditation, a person relaxing next to beach or in forest, next to flowers or lushy plants, a person re-energizing.
Logo: attached as separate files with various backgrounds
Icons: may look cool to use vegies or weight, happy face, or ginger root…

Buyer’s Type could be anyone wanting to lose weight, feel better, reduce stress, learn to eat, to cook, to groceries shop. My buyers are confused about all diets.My audience is people WHO WANT change in their lives. Some people know they should eat better, they mostly need support and motivation.
Typical buyer is someone who wants a new chance, a new life!
My primary target buyer is:
1. Family. I wish to coach the entire family into healthier eating and teach them how to cook and eat as a family by changing their habits.
My secondary markets are:
1.Teenagers (often eating emotionally and confused about diets)
