Should the logo update keep the same overall look or can it be something different?

Hi,

Ideally the same due to investments on glass frosting and signs in offices etc. I would be open to a new design if you feel you have something better. Can you do 2 options?

Our initial focus was making the back of the business card blue front white, implementing consult~connect~care as our brand.

Some ideas from you would be great!
