Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for my new company that preferably can be used for upcoming products. So I'd like it to be in two-tone... so black and white or black and transparent.

I've attached 4 files... two are of companies in the same industry as to compare. One is of me smiling (kind of the idea I'm looking for) and one is the original so you can use. I just want of the face.

I Would like the logo to be round. capital letters or small letters is up to you. so Smilin' Bartender or smilin' bartender doesn't matter.

A friend of mine said it is almost impossible to make a good two tone picture of my face so if you feel that it is then feel free to do something different as long as it links to a VERY happy bartender.
