Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The name of the company is coveredNZ. I have attached a pdf file of the logo I have in mind and would like this refined/reworked please. The most important elements of the logo are:
1) The company name (coveredNZ) in the sort of font shown in the pdf file
2) A map of New Zealand (shown in the pdf file)
3) A cloud that covers part of NZ (The Maori word for NZ – Aotearoa – means ‘land of the long white cloud’)
4) A hook to signify Maui’s hook that, according to Maori mythology, fished up the North Island of NZ (this is also shown on the pdf file).
These elements can be rearranged and the size of the map of NZ could be made smaller relative to the size of the company name. I would like a logo that is longer than it is wide. (Perhaps company name could run up the length of the map of NZ?)
The brand values that need to be reflected in the logo if possible are:
• Quality
• Contemporary style
• Confidence
• Freedom
• Difference (New World dare-to–be different versus Old World chic, glamour and conformity).
Dominant colours to be black and white only please to reflect the colour black often associated with New Zealand (e.g. All Blacks rugby team; black and white silver fern flag)
