Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our "re"start-up software company. We have been in business since the 80s We are now launching a whole new retention software with a new look and feel. Our logo needs to show we are following the current trends and actually ahead of the competition not an 80s company trying to keep up but a company who is leading the pack into the 2020s... our vision (get it 20/20? ;-) is to help smaller to midsize companies not only keep their customer base but market to them in ways they never knew they could.
Our name is einovie (said like innovate) we help our customers think outside the box. So I would like the logo to be our name in a box but part of it is coming or breaking out.
