I need a logo design for Marlene Carson, Inc. a non-profit leadership organization founded by a survivor of domestic minor sex trafficking, She is a speaker, author, entrepreneur, visionary and philanthropist.

She empowers others with her message of redemption. Our organization features programs that help others regarding the voice while redeeming their revenue and their life.

Her name means "From the Tower". I would like something Powerfully compassionate, strong and when others see the logo it says exactly who she is.

I would like red and gold colors however, open to others.
