Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

We are running a surf shop and also we are organising surf and multi-sport (bike, longboard, kaiak) trips in summer.
We need a concise well designed brochure to promote our trips (max 4 activities) and also our shop (maybe including few featured products).
We want to keep our production cost low, so a folded brochure would be good start for us.

I can provide any photo from there in good resolution.
The surf destination is Portugal, so you can use any blow-mind pic of this destination.

When I'm first looking this brochure I have to think "I NEED IT, I WANT TO GO THERE". The look and feel should be around the the idea of well-being and outdoor entertainment.

The texts will NOT be in english so for the moment you can use some ample or english texts.
