The site is about matching professionals in the settlement and immigration field with employers looking to hire professionals in this area. The site targets newcomers to Canada, diverse people and potential employers in settlement and immigration fields. Colors from Alberta provincial flag (Blue, yellow, green) can be used. The acronym ATS can also be used. The design should communicate welcoming diverse community, support and growth.
