Appointments

We see all patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. If you can not keep your appointment, call to notify us immediately. Please try to give us 24 hours notice so that time can be given to another patient. We do however, see Urgent Care patient within the same office hours.


Emergency Care

In the event of severe emergency, go immediately to the emergency room of the nearest hospital and ask them to contact Dr. Bridgewater or appropriate physician.

In the situation is not that severe and arises while the office is closed, telephone 954-636-8888 *(PLEASE fix) the answering service will promptly forward your message to the doctor.You will receive a response as quickly as possible.

Prescriptions and Renewals

All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours.

Fees and Payments

We make every efforts to keep down the cost of your medical care. Payment is due upon receipt of your treatment; however, if your treatment requires several visits, a payment agreement can be established. You may contact our office manager to make financial arrangements.


Insurance

Health Care insurance is intended to cover some,but not all the cost of your treatment.

Most plans include co-insurance,a deductible and other expenses that must be paid by the patient.
