is there anything special about the apartments that you could tell us about to incorporate into the logo?

Honestly no. Just a basic apartment building in Phoenix Az. I haven't seen it personally. There are palm trees on site. The current logo is just simple black cursive that's it so anything will be better than that. The logo will be used on a lot of different types of marketing material.
