Dear 22 Boxes, I do not have an example report file yet.  Please feel free to submit something you think would look nice.  I can tell you that I''d rather have the dark blue color be an accent rather than the dominant color.  Other than that, feel free!

Dear Barbara, I need this format to be something that clients can print on regular sized paper.  I work on a 16:9 screen, but I would think they will want to print it so that they can read it.  I guess I have two needs really, reports and presentation.  Not sure if they can both be used for the same, or if I should have two complimentary formats.  What do you think?
