Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a startup brewing company in Phoenix, AZ. This is not a beer label, just the logo that would perhaps later go on a label or on t-shirts, coasters, etc. This should be a wicked yet fun logo, leaning somewhat towards the professional as we are serious about the quality of the product we will produce, but we make beer and beer is all about social fun. We don't need a southwest theme either, but if something comes to mind feel free to run with it. We like the monkey head in the attached file, but not absolutely committed to using it.
