I have looked into the doc, and the document uses multiple fonts which may not be available in the customer system, these can be first made as a single user font, Arial so its available in all systems, I also require a new optimized logo to be uploaded so it can be re added in into the document. This also uses acrobat 7 or higher, so ideally for them to read this the customer must use a new acrobat reader editor. These info can be present along with a mail for error free usage of the document. I will process this at the earliest to you. Kindly do revert.

The content needs to mildly redrafted for better understanding of the doc. Overall the layout will also be structured, so a optimized aligned document is given to the customer for easy readability and inputs.

The DDR pdf doc that you have attached, there is a ddr service agreement, which is not present in the first pdf doc that you given, is it required to be added in the pdf doc. ddr pdf doc is a locked document, so that content cannot be added in. If required let me know whether that is required in the pdf doc. Kindly revert. George
