Talent ARC (ARC stands for Acquisition Research and Consulting) is growing by adding new business units that focus on segments of the parent company.

1. A3 (Attract, Assess, Acquire) A traditional executive search firm
2. ARC STARS (Student Athlete Recruiting Service) A recruiting service that targets recruiting graduating University student athletes looking to join the workforce
3. ARC RPM (Recruitment Process Management) An integrated recruiting service that manages the entire recruitment process for large companies

I'm looking to create a fresh new logo for Talent ARC, but want to carrying common design theme's across the new business units.

  Logo's that are consistent with a business services.
  
  The "stars" logo needs to appeal to College/University age people.
  
  The ARC RPM logo to possibly use a car tachometer gauge (trying to capture the feeling of speed and performance).
