We're a start up property management company with a vision of providing an excessive level of customer service. Our property owners will receive monthly reports of tenants activity of service request, payment summaries, and an intuitive calculation of their interest to extend the lease term. Our tenants are given the ability to apply for apartments on-line, receive a notification when a specific property comes available, request for service by snapping a photo of the problem on their phone, report specific requests from vendors, receive coupons from local vendors, and browse other apartments in the area. We're a real estate firm using technology to enhance the customer service of today's consumer.
