Resumen de Diseño Vectorizado

I am printing a giant 8'x8' map of Nashville and Franklin, TN (product image attached also) to illustrate where are church's small groups meet in our city. Overlaid in large letters will be FIND A GROUP and Redemption City Church in the lower right-hand corner.

Anywho, I have an image (attached) is not large enough resolution for the printing, but I need something generated that is. Ideally I would need a vector image that stretched from Nashville down past highway 840 like the image below. If I could have someone to create the attached map in illustrator, that would be ideal.
