Resumen de Diseño de Tatuaje

I need a ready-to-apply design for a chest tattoo of Japanese thunder god Raijin. Attached is a rough draft which obviously still needs a fair bit of work. It suffers from a depth perspective issue, in that it's not quite right (mainly in relation to Raijin's right leg/foot). I'd also like the circle of drums in the background to have Raijin perfectly at their centre - currently they're a bit to the right. Lines should all be of even thickness, and the entire thing in black & white only.

In addition to my draft, I've attached the original sketch that it's based on for your reference.

So basically I'm looking for someone who can turn this into something clean, polished, aesthetically pleasing and convincing in its 3D-ness. Where it doesn't take away from the picture's impact, feel free to detract rather than add detail - tattoo designs need to be pretty bold & simple.
