On the designers brief page for your project, it shows a $-40 (negative 40 dollars). Not sure if this a typo or if you are wanting to pay $40 for a logo. My experience tells me you may not get the top designers or any at this price range

Thought you might want to know more so about how the designers will be viewing your brief and the payment as it is written.

I''ve spoken with customer support at DesignCrowd and there was a glitch of some sort on there end. They will be making the necessary correction ASAP so the project doesn''t appear as if it is a -$40 budget. To clarify the budget for the project is $140.00.
