Once again it is a pediatric dental practice train theme unisex colors green is a good color to play with along with brown grey and red. Rest is your imagination. Train image can also be put between smile and express. I gave come example phrases to put under you can think of others on your own too.

i would love to finalize something ASAP but there is nothing I can put my finger on and say I love this one . I am looking for some thing more classy  think about an old steam engine, a dental office with old engine pictures in every room these designs look too cartoony lets try some thing kids friendly but more realistic. like the polar express movie  it is animation but realistic images. use colors like rust, black, red, vintage green etc. so that it attact kids from the ages of 2 to 18. My waiting area is like a train station  with  red brick walls   so use that theme to fit in the logo on the wall it should look like a part of the train station, blend in with the theme
