Hi you two Krtan separate card or will be in one and what is the name and position that will be placed on the card for each company

It is one card design.

Coremed on one side and the Wellness Foundation on the other side. 

For Coremed, there is no contact name, position or address but it has the services of the company that need to be included. 

For the Wellness Foundation side, we put "Director Name" because this will be changing for each individual.  There is no position.
