Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for a new small business. It is an event photography company, where I will shoot photographs of youth sports, concerts, corporate and charity events, large social gatherings, and so on (probably not weddings). It is based in the San Francisco, CA area. The name of the company is the combination of my first name ("Rob") and "Photography": "Robtography".

The logo should convey creativity, professionalism, attention to detail, emotion (as in, emotional expression and my preservation of people's memories via photographing them), and California. I am a creative person though also structured, meticulous and methodical in the way I do things.

The logo should be suitable for all business assets including business cards, letterhead, web site design, etc. In the immediate term, I'll be using it on business cards.
