Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

I need a design for a souvenir t-shirt. It should resemble a heavy metal concert t-shirt from the 80s. I doctored an old Iron Maiden album cover to produce the design, but a full-color reproduction would be too expensive. I need a one-color design of that design that looks hand-drawn (that is, outlines with varying lines of thickness) for the shirt front.

Included are two examples: a white ink on black t-shirt image to give an idea of what the final result should look like, and a jpeg of the image I need reworked. There's an additional amount of drafting necessary; I'd like you to draw in the right lower leg and boot that are cut off in the original image, as well as make the "ground" a well-shaped and delimited area (similar to the first reference). The "Iron Maiden"-style font is also necessary, but may be stylized to look even "tougher" or "scarier". Additional background (smoke, flames, devils, etc) can be added if you think it looks cool, but please don't take away from the emphasis on the central figure.

We're not sure yet if this will be white ink on black shirts, or white on red, or gold on black. It should work equally well in a variety of color combinations.

The projection needs to be delivered in .ill format.
