We need a logo design for a new Queensland based (Australia) business that specialise in residential property renovations, design and maintenance. The business focus is in getting property that people are looking to sell or rent 'ready 2 market' through value add capital expenditure to maximise sale values or rental returns.
We envisage a colour scheme that incorporates perhaps a light green and grey with an emphasis on the "2". However, we don't wish to condition the designer so we are happy to consider outside of the box solutions and alternative colour schemes. More importantly the winning design will be something that is simple, clean, professional (i.e. not playful), enduring and most of all creative!
