so it is very important criteria: 1.Simple. I need it streamlined. DON’T overcomplicate it. 2.Distinct. My logo should set me apart from the competition. 3.Versatile. Consider various applications. DON’T design for just one size or medium. 4.Appropriate. DO think about my industry. DON’T feel the need to be obvious. I deal with single parents, housewife's to doctors. It needs to appeal to everyone. 5.Targeted. DO design for the intended audience. DON’T forget the customer. See above. 6.Memorable. DON’T be forgettable. My logo needs to leave an impression. 7.Timeless. It need not be be too trendy. Aim for longevity.

hi guys and girls, thanks for all the submissions so far. there are some very good ones and some not so good ones. I will def make a call on which one I will use by the end of the deadline. if I have not sent feedback to some of you yet it does not mean that I have not looked at your designs. the designs are all very good. cheers,

Hi gents and ladies, I received some more great designs over the last couple of days. There a re so many good ones that I decided to launch a survey on survey monkey to get some market feedback. I will launch this tomorrow hence I want to extend the deadline by a week to Friday 10 July if Design Crowd allow it. So, once again, thanks for the submissions. I cannot reply to all but, if you have received a reply it means your design caught my eye. Good work.
