After uploading the file and converting it to a pdf format I noticed the last page only has an address on it. Is there any other text that is needed for this page?

I have another question, which logo do you want us to use? The MLN Investments or the bx Chicago? If you want the MLN investment logo to be used can you provided a higher resolution image? If this is to be printed it needs to be between 300 to 600 dpi or a vector image would be even better.

I made a small mistake by not removing bxChicago from the upload prior.  Our firm name has changed to "MLN Investments".  However, I also made a few other minor changes to the Back page and my biography.  I don''t think I have any other wording changes.  Thus, I will upload both another Pubisher file and a PDF.  I''m not sure what File format I will receive in the Final winning re-design?  Publisher and/or another file format printer ready etc?

I just uloaded a .PNG file of our logo MLN Investments.  Is this good enough?  Vectorizable etc...?  Thx.ML

The .PNG file is better to work with it has a minimum of 299 dpi which is better. I can use this for the design aspect but if you are going to print the logo it does need to have a higher dpi or it would be even better to vectorize the logo into an .eps or pdf file. I work part time in a printer's shop and I often have to vectorize or re-create logos because of these issues.
