Hi ! First of all thanks for the invite !
You need a logo that contains illustration, right ? That mean wordmark logo is not what you seek ?
Second of all you need the people to " can easily understand, accept and clearly connects with the customs broker business / process / industry."
I was searching in google, and it was kind a hard task to understand all the process,but anyway.. will it be good idea to use symbols like ship,airplane,planet, import/export signs ?
I will continue now with the research and i might be able to get answers to my questions, but in the mean time, will be great if you give some of them :)
