Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We need a flyer design for our start up Real Estate Company that will be the first of its kind to offer complete online real estate transaction, from listing a property to making an offer to purchase a property. We are called Simpli Real Estate and we plan to help out those who feel they can buy and sell real estate on there own and help save them thousands of dollars.

We would like our flyer to include about 5 items that include;


1. Convenience- The first easy and intuitive way to buy and sell real estate 100% online.

2. Market Exposure- Listed on Simpli Real Estate, Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo Homes and many more!

3. Guaranteed to sell your home for top dollar

4. E-transactions- easy to accept, sign, and complete contracts online or via mobile app

4. Customer Support- During Listing, Contract Negotiation, and Closing.

5. Discover how much you can save at Simplirealestate.com or on our mobile application for Android

The design should really communicate ease of use and convenience to the user.

We also want our motto of "Where Real Estate and Real Easy Move You" included on the flyer.
