Late For Woodstock

Hi - just had a look at your design.

Did you checkout the website mentioned in the brief? The first thing that stands out to me is that I can't see how we could incorporate this logo into our website - from a design perspective it just doesn't fit.

It doesn't convey a 'feel' for the Woodstock era.
There's too much going on.
The tagline is not included in it's entirety.
I'm not seeing any design creativity in this logo.
The design needs to work on it's own without being constrained to a 'box'. The reference to a 'square' shape in the brief is not literal - it was meant to explain that the logo would need to be more square than rectangular in terms of the space it occupies.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your entry but sorry, it doesn't fit the brief.
