Resumen de Diseño Web

We need a new web design for an existing website at http://www.jch-optimize.net/. This is a plugin for websites running on the Joomla! framework to optimize web page download time. The existing website has all the content and functionality we need, we're just looking for a more appealing and professional look and feel.

The new design should be based on the new logo, attached, and should be responsive so it can be viewed on mobile screens. We're developing other versions of the plugin to run on different frameworks such as WrodPress, Drupal, and Magento so we need to have a visual reference to supported frameworks on the front page using the frameworks' logos. We also want to show some of the positive reviews from users/subscribers on the front page.
