The man described on the cover should be wearing a wide-brimmed hat and dark glasses. His face should also be shaded from the hat so that his features are not clearly defined.
This book is a crime drama set in gritty Baltimore city. I would like the book cover to feature a middle aged black man, tough, hard features, manly. Some of the background a brick,
dirty or old wall and the rest blue sky. All the lettering white in the colored background.
I have attached a couple of sketches for an idea of what I am looking for. The man's face should look very much like Isaac Hayes, less the beard.
We need the art to cover the front, spine and back.
