iPayOne helps Realtors receive more *listing* leads by Zip code. (Seller leads as opposed to buyer leads). We are going to run a facebook campaign to promote our service to realtors with the following landing page:

We need a 1200x627 (1.91:1 aspect ration) image that is attractive and grabs attention for a good click thru rate. This image will highlight a lead cycle of -> Homeowner looking to sell a home -> They go to iPayOne -> They find an Agent -> List Home -> Escrow.

Facebook guidelines require the text to be less than 20% of the entire image. You can add a 2-3px red/yellow border to the image.

You may also use the picture and signature of the attached customer (Realtor).
