Will this be done as a booklet or as a 6 panel brochure? Which file is for information, the word or powerpoint
and what computer programme will final file need to be supplied in?

It must be a tri-fold (6 sides). The powerpoint help you for disposition in the 6 pages.

Hi... I've just started designing and have some problems, questions.
- there is a quite difference between the presentation and the word document. In ppt there is some chart with logos and other things (not in the word doc). The text in word is also much longer and not quite the same, also some empty chart (below "Typologie des frais") is included but without any contain (maybe software problem?).
- I am also a bit lost in photos. Does have the document lhgdossierpresse_brief052030.pdf any meaning why it is included? Because the quality of photos is quite poor there and in ppt not much better (althought some of them are suitable for printing, at least in small sizes)... and what about the photos placement? Just put them separately from the text, just put them randomly? Should they have any captions (the name of a hotel etc.)? And how much of them you want to have?Is it OK All project hotels (6) and just one of each (3) ? (not sure there will be more space for more))
