Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Our company is called "Precise Estimating" and we provide material estimates and budgets for construction projects. Basically, we look at the plans and engineering and break that down into a piece by piece bill of materials so the builder knows what they need to buy and how much the job will cost. We are an innovative company and want a fresh look.

We are using green, grey and black colors. I have attached a screen shot of the website (under development) so you can get a look and feel for the brand image we are trying to create. Our logo needs to communicate qualities like:

Precise attention to detail
Simple, clean and efficient (NOT artsy)
Masculine, strong, bold
Distinctive (that means no house or building used as part of the logo!)

Logo needs to look good in color as well as in all black or white as we will need to use it on different colored backgrounds. I would like to have the word 'Precise' estimated, and ideally the logo would include an icon that could be used separately from the entire logo as well.
