Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a new estate agency based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Most of our business involves seling australian real estate to offshore clients, particularly people in China.

We require a logo to be used on all of our marketing materials (as well as letterhead, business cards, etc.). It is important that we get an australian feel to the logo, and becasue of the Asian love of GOLD, we would like to incorporate some gold foiling on the logo.

The logo needs to include our company name:

Aussie Properties Pty Ltd (the Pty Ltd could be dropped off if it looks better)

And some sort of Australian distinction to it, a suggestion (which doesnt have to be adhered to but its a good example) is the use of the silhouette of a Sulphur Crested Cockatoo where the crest can also be stylised to represent the Sydney Opera House.

Please note that we have made a decision NOT to use an image of a Kangaroo on the logo as too many other businesses are doing this already.


As we are only starting up there is huge potential for regular continuing use of our chosen designer.
