Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for our product. The logo will be multi format (used on websites, apps, flyers, business cards, etc). We really want to capture the essence of the love of craft beer (also called artisan beer, microbrewing, etc).

Our first already exists, in the form of an app, called MyBeerCraft (find it on iTunes and Google Play), but we are rebranding it to be this new logo that you will be designing.

The app is used to find nearby craft beer and get info on the beer and its brewer etc.

The app will be available in South Africa, Canada, and the USA (we will be branding the Canada and USA territories as North America).

So we want the logo to be central, with a space to put the name of each territory. I.e. Craft Beer (South Africa), Craft Beer (North America).

Our current colours are red and white (on black), so we'd like to stay with that, but if red doesn't work we wouldn't mind gold/amber (for the beer), or possibly green (most beer bottles are green).

We like the idea of a shield or a badge, something that reflects artisan skills. The craft beer industry is very alternative/arty so something that reflects personal product crafting rather than mass production is our goal. We call this the "Butcher, Baker, Candlestick-maker" feel.

• Preferably either the initials like CB, but the word BEER would be nice to have on the logo.
  
  Would be nice to be able to re-colour the logo if we need to, or get the logo in a few colours.
